MARK MY WORDS

Making a statement in visual form has permanence and marked emphasis, where the phrase “mark my words” is “set in stone” in contemporary fashion. The two artists exhibiting in Mark My Words, E. Sherman Hayman and Dolores Poacelli, are compelled to have their voices heard (and seen) in provocative statements on social issues and current political concerns, resulting in a collection of visual megaphones and calls to action. Mark My Words is on view from November 5 to December 7, open Thursday-Saturday, 1-6pm or by appointment. A reception will take place on November 14, 6-9pm
