Metamorphosis: Reimagining Contemporary Art in 2024

will open on FIRST FRIDAY, November 1st from 6 to 8pm. This captivating mixed-media juried open artist call features the work of 16 local artists who all hail from the Philadelphia area. ‘Metamorphosis’ invites you to witness a transformation of conventional materials and techniques, showcasing artworks that challenge historical norms and tell fresh, compelling stories.

This wonderfully special local exhibition has been marvelously curated through a selective open call, juried by the Director of the Woodmere Art Museum, William Valerio and the owner of Morton Contemporary, Debbie Morton.

A percentage of proceeds will be given to Philadelphia’s #1 non-profit in support of local artists — INLIQUID.
