OPEN CALL FOR DYKE ARTISTS 40+: Dyke+ ArtHaus Visits The Bureau
The Dyke+ ArtHaus is a community-driven space in Philly for Dyke artists of all persuasions, highlighting those 40 and over. D+AH has been invited to visit the Bureau of General Services—Queer Division in New York City for the summer. BGSQD is “an independent, all-volunteer queer cultural center, bookstore, and event space”, that exhibits the work of queer artists locally, nationally, and internationally.
Open to dyke-identified artists 40 years of age and over and based in the US, this exhibit aims to reflect the diversity of Dykes and the diversity of their art practices. The theme is the show itself.
